Snoworks are running another adventure trip in South America for experienced skiers and there’s still places available to join what’s proven to be a unique ski holiday spanning southern Chile and Argentina. ...
This brand new itinerary takes in the very best of skiing and culture during a two week period in August 2015.
Skiers will need to have some off-piste skiing experience and be able to handle slopes of all grades as the trip includes skiing on volcanos (most of the volcanos have ski lifts on the lower sections but there’s options to climb to the top for a full descent).
Every day presents a new experience with a mixture of ski resorts, backcountry ski touring and of course the famous volcanos, 5 of them in total.
There’s four different locations where skiers are based in a high standard of accommodation and all meals are provided during most of the trip.
A Snoworks instructor will accompany the trip along with local mountain guides from their South American partner, Amity Tours. The object is to ski and explore the areas as much as possible with the majority of skiing taking place off-piste.
Further information on the trip can be found below.
