Michelle Gisin's Knee Injury After Fall Undergos Further Investigation

Following the successful completion of surgeries on her cervical spine and right hand, an MRI scan was performed on Saturday at the Hirslanden Clinic in Zurich to further investigate the injury to Michelle Gisin's left knee.

The initial results revealed a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament and the medial collateral ligament of her left knee. Surgery is planned once the 32-year-old has recovered somewhat from the procedures on her cervical spine and right hand.

Michelle Gisin will remain in the hospital for a few more days. Her recovery is progressing well, and she is already actively using crutches.
