Two GB Snowsport athletes are into the second run of a World Cup race for the first time since Kitzbühel in 2020. With Dave Ryding is in 4th after a really strong run while Laurie Taylor attacked and put in a great run to be in 24th. Billy Major straddled about six gates from him.

Clement Noel has the lead after the first run with Sebastian Foss-Solevaag 0.53 back in second and Kristoffer Jakobsen 0.70 back. With Ryding a further three hundredths back there is plenty of opportunity for Ryding to attack and take a place on the podium.

With three of the top ten crashing out of the race, including the two high profile Austrians, Marco Schwarz and Manuel Feller, this was a tough race for the early starters.
There were some other big names that have not made the second run including the two time winner Daniel Yule and this allowed nine racers from outside the top 30 starters to make it into the second run
