Cara Brown proved that she is still a class act in taking the race win and with it the British Super G title in the first race of the Delancey British Alpine Championships in Tignes. After not being able to run the race on the Sunday due to over 50cm of fresh snow arriving over the previous day and night, six French girls withdrew from the race leaving Brown as the top seed for the race. Spain's Anna Esteve and Jessica Anderson joined Brown on the overall podium.
