Snowsport Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic individual to become the Performance Director (voluntary) on the Snowsport Scotland Board. This role is key to the progress of the sport in Scotland by having an objective view of the company’s strategy and operations, in particular in the area of performance.
A background in working with performance athletes or experience of working with sporting bodies (not necessarily with snowsports bodies) in a performance or other context is desirable but not a requirement. Further, expertise and enthusiasm for performance sport, knowledge of the legal responsibilities of being a Director and an objective viewpoint are essential to providing support and expertise to the Board of Snowsport Scotland.
As a Board member, you will help to shape the future of Scottish snowsports.
