Carlo Janka returned to the top step of a World Cup race after a year and a half of problematic issues. Janka, one who has always felt at home in Wengen won the downhill leg of the Super Combined before holding on to keep the lead in the finish. Slalom specialist Victor Muffet-Jeandet took second place after putting in the fastest slalom run from an early start and Ivica Kostelic took third. Matthias Mayer and Ted Ligety rounded out the top five. ...Â
