Reichelt a worthy beneficiary from Jansrud's error

Kjetil Jansrud came into the last speed event of the North American leg of the World Cup tour with the opportunity to achieve something that no other racer has ever achieved: To win all the speed races. And for a while it looked as though he was on the case. In the finish Hannes Reichelt had posted a time worthy of being in the lead but could only watch as the Norwegian edged ahead approaching the last few turns. As he exited the Abyss, Jansrud made an error and went wide and with that the opportunity to create a little history was gone.
