“It is not easy winning but I will try to keep on winning as long as I can,” explained Lindsey Vonn after extending her record of Most wins on the World Cup by a female to 81 in the second Downhill in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Vonn took the win by 0.12 ahead of her big rival this season, and current World Cup Downhill leader, Sofia Goggia with Tina Weirather taking third. Stphanie Venier of Austria took fourth with Switzerland’s Michelle Gisin taking fifth on her first trip to the daunting Kandahar slope.
