Soelden: New season and new optimism for British racing: Two British racers on the start list.

It is thirteen years since Britain last had a man and a woman racing in the opening race of the World Cup season. 2003 saw Chemmy Alcott battle her way to 25th and Alain Baxter race up on the Rettenbach Glacier. 2016 sees Alex Tilley look to go better than her performance of last year and then Charlie Raposo will make his World Cup debut on Sunday. Tilley is a seasoned racer on the World Cup and Raposo is the exciting prospect looking to make his way in the World Cup.
