Flachau has not been a happy hunting ground for the British girls this year. Alex Tilley was not on her top game for either of the slaloms and struggled into 45th in the Giant Slalom. Cara Brown made her World Cup Giant Slalom debut in the same race and placed 60th. Brown was there to gain valuable experience on the World Cup.
