Alexander Steen Olsen of Norway took the race win and also the Europa Cup slalom tour title, won last year by Billy Major. Major opted to miss the race in order to rest his knee it is understood. Steen Olsen was fastest on the first run to set up a convincing win that saw him take the race win by over one and a half seconds.

In the men's GS, Charlie Raposo placed fifteenth to end up 7th on the season long tour standings. While Raposo ended the World Cup tour with two fantastic results, he will continue hunting FIS points to better his start on the World Cup. Raposo finished in 7th on the EC Tour and this will help him start higher up on the EC races next year, giving him a better opportunity to lower his FIS points and start higher up on the World Cup. The race was won by Belgium's Sam Maes.
