Major steps up to win Downhill in Tignes

Billy Major produced a solid Downhill run to capture his first British Senior title and put him back into contention for the Overall Title as well. Iain Innes, his man rival for the Overall was just under half a second behind him in the race in taking second among the British racers with Sam Todd Saunders taking his first Senior podium in third. The race was won by French World Cup racer, Blaise Giezendanner with Nicolas Raffort and Matthieu Bailet on the podium with him.
