Are you an experienced ski racer? Up for a new challenge? Want to try a different skiing experience?

An experienced ski racer ideally at National Team level is needed urgently for John Dickinson-Lilley - a member of the British Disabled Ski Team. ...

John is looking for a guide that will be able to train and race with him at home and overseas, ...  ideally starting in June and aiming for the European Cup this coming season as past of his journey to the 2018 Winter Paralympics.

John is registered blind and classified by the International Paralympic Committee as a B2 (less than 5% vision in each eye) ski racer and has competed internationally already. Following a season without a Guide John is keen to get racing again.

The guide's role is to ski in front of John and communicate through headsets using a range of commands which describe the coaching terrain or race course.

The guide relationship also works off-snow with the guide providing some support when traveling to and from races, during dry land training and in unfamiliar environments.

John has worked with two awesome guides previously and still enjoys great relationships with both of them, he is looking forward to the opportunity of forming a winning partnership with someone new.
