Hirscher reeks havoc with rest of field in Are GS

Marcel Hirscher put the disappointment of North America firmly on the back burner as he gave the rest of the field a lesson in how to ski the Are slope under the lights. Ted Ligety produced a performance that he was pretty happy with as he took second place in the third World Cup Giant Slalom of the year. Ligety rose from third after the first run to overtake Fritz Dopfer and chased Marcel Hirscher for the win. Stefan Luitz took third. ...
