It looked like Anna Fenninger could have added to her list of wins after she came down and posteed a time faster than Lindsey Vonn, the winner of the two previous Super G races this season. Nobody told Tina Maze that this was the script that had been written! The Slovenian came down and edged out the Austrian to become only the sixth racer to have won in all World Cup Disciplines. Fabienne Suter took third, nudging Lindsey Vonn off the podium and into fourth.
Chemmy Alcott took 27th spot and after the race tweeted "Should say am stoked with scoring world cup points despite my leg pain." The girl is made of hard stuff and knows that things are on the up for her.
