Jack Gower is on a roll. Barely a week after scoring his first sub thirty point result in Funaesdalen, Norway, the very talented Giant Slalom racer from Sussex, has bettered it not once but twice with a 24 point result in Geilo and then with an even better 20.26 result the next day, the 7th December. Gower has now qualified for the World Junior Championships later this season. In 2011 Gower went to these and came away with the World Junior 1 Title.
Also competing in the races in Geilo were Matt Thompson (scoring a 68 and 65 in the Giant Slaloms). Thompson has been putting in some solid runs with a 64 point result in Super G his best to date this season. Jo Morrison was also there competing scoring a couple of 80 point results, and Charles Richardson who had a decent result in the Super G.
