France’s Tessa Worley beat Italy’s Sofia Goggia by 0.16 seconds to win the Giant Slalom in Maribor, Slovenia, with Switzerland’s Lara Gut in third. The home crowd were in good spirits celebrated Tina Maze’s last appearance on the World Cup, after announcing her retirement at the beginning of the season.
