It was a tough technical set for the Super G in Garmisch Partenkirchen yet this made the victory for Lara Gut all the more sweeter when she beat Stephanie Venier of Austria by 0.67 seconds, with Tina Weirather third. This was the third Super G of the season and the third time that Lara Gut has stood on the top of the podium.
