It was a tough call to make in making the Under 14's only do one run but the decision was vindicated in the way the snow broke up. With only a limited amount of salt available and the snow softening, safety was the name of the game. Shana Danenbergsons put in a solid couple of runs to win her last British race as a child before moving up to FIS racing while Tom Hudson put in a storming performance to win the boys Under 16 slalom.
