American skiing legend, Bode Miller, has had his attempt to sue his former ski providers, Head, citing that they were stopping him from continuing racing. Miller had tried to sue the Austrian ski brand despite having signed a deal when he ‘retired’ after his last comeback in 2015 saying that he would not return to race for at least two years unless he was racing on Head skis.
