Dear Alpine Racing Contact,

I am conducting an evaluation of the British Championships event at Meribel on behalf of the organising committee and BSS. The results of the study will help to inform discussions about, and seek support for, future championship events.  The main focus of the survey is economic, but there is also the opportunity to add comments at the end of the survey regarding the Championship event itself, or the Meribel resort.

Whilst the survey itself is entirely anonymous, I would be very pleased to hear from anyone who would like to participate in further research activities relating to snowsports and ski racing by email to skiracingresearch@gmail.com .

To complete the survey participants need to be over eighteen, and should have been at, or had children at, either of the two 2010 Meribel championships weeks, and be the main person responsible for paying the bills for the visit. (Team Managers or Senior Coaches responsible for a group in resort - please email for separate survey details).

Please click on this link for the survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RZMNFRS

It is important that the returns are completed as fully as possible to allow us to gain a true economic picture of the event so please be as accurate as you can. Please feel free to add any additional comments or feedback at the end, or to email me at the address above.

If you have paper surveys which you were unable to return at the event, please email me for a forwarding address, or complete the survey online.

It would be of great assistance if you could forward this email to friends or clubs who you know were, or had athletes, at Meribel this Easter. Thank you in advance for your help and co-operation.

Kind regards
